The Delegation of Botswana Democratic Party Visited Our College

A Delegation of 11 from Botswana Democratic Party, led by Andy Boatile, Parliament member and Chairman of Youth Wing, accompanied by NiuQiang, former Ambassador of State of Eritrea, and Liang Anping, Director of Bureau, International Department of Central Committee of CPC, paid a visit to our college on October 26. The delegation were warmly received by Wang Kunxin, Chairman of School Administration Committee, and other receptive members from International Education Department and Admission and Employment Department.

On behalf of Tourism College of Zhejiang, Wang Kunxin extended a warm welcome to all members of the delegation, and introduced to them the basic status of the college. Mr. Andy Boatile expressed his thanks for the warm reception and said that the purpose of this visit was to promote communication and cooperation in the field of tourism education between China and Botswana and to learn from China the experience in tourism education, employment and entrepreneurship. He also expressed his hope to communicate and cooperate with our college in relevant professional fields. Members of the delegation exchanged views with leaders of our college concerning such issues as international students studying in China and entrepreneurship policy. Mr. Wang Kunxin said all students from Botswana would be warmly welcomed to study in China, and he expected communication and cooperation between China and Botswana in the field of tourism education.

The delegation also visited Costa Training Center, Innovation Park and International Students Apartment. They spoke highly of the teaching facilities and campus environment in our college.
