On October 15th, the first "Excellent Guides" training course for African students in Zhejiang Province, which was organized by our college, was successfully held in the Pingfeng campus of Zhejiang University of Technology.
The training lasted for one month and attracts about 90 international students from more than 10 African countries to sign up. In the end, 42 African students with certain Chinese language skills entered the training course through interviews. Teachers selected by our college provide full curriculum design and instructions for this training course.
In recent years, the number of Zhejiang tourists visiting Africa has increased significantly, and African countries have become important tourist destinations for travelers from Zhejiang. At the same time, Zhejiang also held the "Ten Thousand of People Touring in Africa" event, which is the first step for Zhejiang and Africa countries to jointly launch a five-year tourism exchange and cooperation plan. In the next five years, Zhejiang Province plans to send 10,000 tourists to travel around African countries.
